Listing slots and yearly quota
We sell listing slots, not commission. Your Seller tier comes with a yearly quota — and we made the quota count only what actually goes live.
The numbers
- Seller — €8/month, 10 slots per year
- Seller Pro — €14/month, 20 slots per year
The quota resets every 12 months from the day you start your Seller membership.
What counts as a used slot
A slot is consumed when a submission is approved and goes live as a listing. The trigger is the transition submission.approved → listing.active. Until that transition, the slot is free.
That means:
- Drafts — free. You can sketch as many as you want.
- Submitted, awaiting review — free. We're reviewing it; no slot consumed yet.
- Approved and live — slot is consumed.
- Sold — the slot stays consumed.
- Withdrawn before approval — slot returns to your pool.
- Withdrawn after approval, before sale — slot stays consumed (the listing existed publicly).
- Rejected by us — slot returns to your pool.
Why this model
We want you to try things without paying for every attempt. The cost is the live listing — the moment when the catalog actually carries your record and buyers can see it. That's the resource we are pricing.
The flip side: when you withdraw a live listing because you changed your mind, you don't get the slot back. The economics need to be sustainable on our side too.
Tracking your quota
The seller dashboard shows your current quota usage and renewal date. You can also see it on every listing detail page in the wizard before you submit.
If you run out of slots
You can:
- Wait — the quota resets on your anniversary
- Upgrade to Seller Pro — €14/month gives you 20/year. Upgrade takes effect immediately, but the additional slots arrive pro-rata, not as a fresh bucket. (See your dashboard for the exact remaining count.)
- Carry on with what's already listed — existing live listings stay until they sell or you remove them; running out of slots only blocks new listings.
Auction blocks
Items submitted into auction blocks consume slots the same way: when the lot goes live in a block, the slot is consumed.
