Upgrading and downgrading

You can change your membership tier any time from your account page. The platform follows the same rules most subscription services use.

Upgrading (move to a higher tier)

• Takes effect immediately.
• We pro-rate the cost: you pay only the difference between the tiers for the remaining days of your current billing period.
• For sales-tier changes (Browse/Buy → Seller), the slot quota becomes available right away, pro-rata for the remaining months of the year. Example: upgrade to Seller (10 slots/year) in July → roughly 5 slots for the second half of the year, then a full 10 from the next anniversary.
• For Seller → Seller Pro, you get a proportional bump in your remaining quota.

Downgrading (move to a lower tier)

• Takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Until then, you keep all the rights of your current tier.
• We do not pro-rate refunds for downgrades — you have already paid for the current month, so you keep its benefits until it ends.

Cancelling Seller while listings are live

If you cancel Seller while you have active listings:

• Existing live listings remain on the catalog until they sell or you withdraw them.
• You cannot create new listings once the period ends.
• Buyer-side rights (Buy) drop back to whatever tier you select instead.

If you select Browse as your downgrade target, you keep watchlist and account features but lose the ability to bid or buy. If you select Buy, you keep buying.

Switching directly between Seller tiers

Going from Seller to Seller Pro: immediate, with pro-rata quota increase.

Going from Seller Pro to Seller: takes effect at the end of the period. Your quota stays at Seller Pro level until then.

Practical examples

• You are on Buy, you want to start selling → upgrade to Seller. Immediate access. Pay €5/month difference pro-rata for the rest of the month, then €8/month from next billing date.
• You are on Seller but the year was slow → downgrade to Buy. You keep Seller until period-end. From then on, €3/month and no listing rights.
• You want to take a break → downgrade to Browse. Free. Your watchlist stays. Your saved searches stay.
