Cancelling

Cancellation is one click, and there is no minimum term beyond the current billing period.

How to cancel

  1. Go to /account/membership.
  2. Click "Cancel membership" on your current tier.
  3. Confirm. We send an email confirmation.

What happens next

  • Your tier stays active until the end of the current billing period. Paid until the 15th? You keep your tier until the 15th.
  • At the end of the period, your account drops to Browse (free). You keep your watchlist, your order history and your account settings.
  • Sellers with cancelled Seller:

- Active listings remain on the catalog until they sell or you remove them - You cannot create new listings once Seller ends - Open orders run to completion under the existing rules - DAC7 reporting for the year continues to include all your sales

What does not happen

  • No refund of the current period (we don't pro-rate cancellations down)
  • No deletion of your account — Browse remains active
  • No automatic removal of your data — for full deletion, see Privacy & your data for the DSGVO process

You can re-subscribe any time

Coming back is the same as switching tiers — pick your tier, billing starts immediately. Your data (watchlist, ratings, history) is still there.

If you bought a multi-month plan

We don't currently offer multi-month plans. All subscriptions are monthly, billed in advance. If we add longer plans later, the cancellation rules will be published alongside them.

Direct account deletion

If you want to delete your account entirely (not just cancel membership), you can request it from /account/settings under "Delete account". Some data is retained for legal reasons even after deletion — transaction records, invoice data, ratings — see Privacy & your data.
