Platform Role

VOD Auctions is a multi-seller marketplace. Frank Bull is the Platform Operator within the meaning of this Legal Notice and at the same time commercial Seller No. 1 (VOD Records) with own Listings on the Platform.

Third-party commercial Sellers are providers within the meaning of § 5 DDG in their own right. Their provider identification is shown on their public Seller profile and on every Listing of the respective Seller; they are solely responsible for the content, contract performance, and statutory duties of their own Listings.

Private Sellersact as private persons without their own provider-identification duty; the "Private sale" notice is shown on each of their Listings.

EU Dispute Resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for Content

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7 (1) DDG and general law. However, under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which knowledge of a specific infringement is obtained. Upon becoming aware of any such violations, we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for Links

Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot accept any liability for such external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking. Illegal content was not apparent at the time of linking.

However, permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is unreasonable without concrete evidence of a violation. If we become aware of any legal violations, we will remove such links immediately.
